Terms of Service

1. Who we are

LUWEMI Reviews is a service of LUWEMI, based in Germany. The operator and contact details are in the Legal Notice. These terms apply to businesses only. We do not offer our services to consumers.

2. What you get

• Pro: we reply to the Google reviews of your business within one business day, publish up to four Google posts a month, keep your profile information current and send you a monthly report. Pro includes the App.
• App: a browser tool for writing replies, asking for reviews and tracking your numbers yourself.
• Setup: a one-time profile tune-up, replies to up to 25 unanswered reviews and a print-ready counter sign.

3. Free week and billing

The first seven days of Pro are free. After that, Pro and App are billed monthly in advance in US dollars through PayPal and renew automatically every month until you cancel. Setup is billed once.

4. Canceling

There is no contract term. You can cancel at any time by emailing reviews@luwemi.com or by canceling the subscription in your PayPal account. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you have paid for. We do not refund a period that has already started, unless the law requires it. If you cancel during the free week, you are not charged.

5. Your part

• You give us manager access to your Google Business Profile and can remove it at any time.
• You tell us your sign-off, your preferred tone and any topics we should avoid.
• You approve or correct replies to reviews with three stars or fewer. If we do not hear from you, we do not post them.
• You remain the owner of your profile and responsible for the information about your business.

6. What we don't do

We do not write, buy or arrange fake reviews, and we do not offer rewards for reviews. We do not promise a specific star rating, ranking or number of customers. We do not give legal advice.

7. How we work

Reply drafts are written with the help of AI tools. A person reads and edits every reply before it is posted.

8. Liability

We are liable without limit for intent and gross negligence and for injury to life, body or health. For slight negligence we are liable only for breaches of essential contractual duties, and then only for foreseeable, typical damage, capped at the fees you paid in the three months before the event.

9. Governing law

German law applies. If you are a merchant, the courts at our place of business have jurisdiction.

10. Changes and contact

If we change these terms, we tell you by email at least 30 days in advance. Questions: reviews@luwemi.com.
